James Guidi, CEO
Founder and CEO of Translatus, Inc., Mr. Guidi is a long-time business developer in the IT, software and hardware industries. He led Apple Computer’s Eastern Europe expansion through its IMC during the 1990s. During that time, he oversaw software localization activities for Microsoft, QuarkXpress and Apple Computer. Mr. Guidi speaks English, French, Italian, German and Czech.
Tarah McCarthy, Operations Director
As Operations Director for Translatus Inc, Ms. McCarthy spearheaded the product development of the TDABids.com language management platform. Ms. McCarthy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of TDABids.com, including relationship management between clients and language professionals. Ms. McCarthy graduated with honors from William Paterson University with a B.A. in Art and Communication, with a concentration in Art History. Before joining Translatus in 2006, she worked for three years in the accounting department of a US-based law firm as an assistant to the Controller.
Dimitry Panchenko, Chief Developer
Mr. Panchenko has an MS in Electronics Engineering and over 10 years experience in the Information Technology field. He has specialized in .NET Platform and Web Development and has knowledge in administration and support of MS Windows and UNIX-based servers.
Tara Sullivan, Marcom Manager
Ms. Sullivan is responsible for the marketing and communications strategies of TDABids.com. Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she worked as a journalist in South America up until 2000 when she began to work as a consultant for various Internet companies. Ms. Sullivan graduated from Vassar College, New York, with a major in Hispanic Studies.
Craig Clark, Development
Mr. Clark is responsible for server maintenance to ensure optimal performance of the TDABids.com platform 24/7. Based in Prague, he has been working on the development of TDABids.com since he first joined the company in February 2007. Mr. Clark received his degree in Information Sciences from Pennsylvania State University.
Sulin Young, Customer Service Manager
Ms. Young, working from the Prague office, leads the customer service division, including e-mail and telephone support. Her previous work experience as a researcher drives Ms. Young to continuously improve and further develop the user manuals and comprehensive user guides in use online. She graduated from the University of the South Pacific, Fiji in Computer Science and Information Systems.
